Privacy Policy

Bollywood Badshah (“the app”) is a single-player offline game published by Kheloton LLC (“Kheloton”, “we”, “us”). We designed it to need nothing from you. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with information.

The short version

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no ads. It asks once, on first launch, whether it may record anonymous gameplay statistics. If you say no, nothing is collected and the game plays exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time in the in-game settings.

Information we collect

Your game progress never leaves your device. Your current run, your filmography and your settings are stored locally using standard on-device storage. That data is not readable by us and is not sent anywhere.

Anonymous gameplay statistics — only if you agree. With your consent, the app uses Google Firebase Analytics to record how the game is played, so we can tell which scenes are too punishing and which parts nobody reaches. Specifically: which character you start a life as, which decade it is set in, how many scenes a life lasted, how it ended, and whether achievements were earned. It also includes an app-generated identifier and basic device and country information supplied by Firebase.

We never collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, files, or anything you type. The game has no text entry and no account. Statistics are about the game, not about you.

Your choice, and how to withdraw it

Collection is off until you answer, and is entirely optional. To withdraw consent later, open the settings cog in the game and turn off analytics. Doing so stops all collection and clears the identifier Firebase was holding on your device.

Information we share

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. There are no advertising identifiers and no ad networks in this app. The anonymous statistics above are processed on our behalf by Google as a service provider, under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Permissions

The app requests no sensitive device permissions (no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage-of-your-files access). Optional vibration (haptic feedback) is used only to make swipes feel responsive and can be turned off in the in-game settings.

Third-party services

The app integrates Google Firebase Analytics, and only with your consent as described above. It integrates no advertising or social SDKs. If you downloaded the app from the Google Play Store, Google may collect limited information related to the download and to any purchases, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. That processing is Google’s, not ours.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience of teens and adults and is not directed at children under 13, and it is not enrolled in Google Play’s Designed for Families programme. We collect no personal information from anyone, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Deleting your data

Your saved progress lives only on your device. To erase it completely, clear the app’s storage in your device settings or uninstall the app. There is no account to delete and no profile stored with us. To stop and clear the optional anonymous statistics, turn analytics off in the in-game settings, or uninstall the app.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy (for example, if an optional purchase or online feature is added), we will update this page and the effective date above.
