Alarm Syncr
Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
Alarm Syncr is an app for Android phones and Wear OS watches. It is published on Google Play by Kheloton LLC (“Kheloton”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Alarm Syncr phone and watch apps use, where it goes, and how you stay in control of it.
The short version
- We don’t collect your data. Alarm Syncr has no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking, and Kheloton runs no servers for it.
- Your alarms stay on your devices. They are stored on your phone and watch and synced between the two through Google’s Wear OS connection, which encrypts them in transit.
- We never see, sell or share your data. There is no copy of it on our side.

1. Information the app uses
To work, Alarm Syncr uses the following information on your phone and watch. None of it is sent to Kheloton.
- Alarms you create: the time, repeat days, label, which device rings, sound and vibration settings, and whether the alarm is on or snoozed.
- App settings: your default alert settings, which watch the app is paired with, appearance choices, and which tips you’ve dismissed.
- Paired device details: the name Wear OS gives your phone or watch (for example, “Pixel Watch 3”), its Wear OS connection ID and its time zone, so the app can show which device it syncs with and ring at the right time.
- Your Clock app’s next alarm: Android lets apps see when the phone’s next alarm will go off and which app set it. Alarm Syncr reads this to show your Samsung Clock or Google Clock alarm on your watch. It doesn’t read your Clock app’s alarm list, labels or settings.
- Whether an alarm is sounding: while a Clock alarm may be ringing, the app checks whether any app is playing an alarm sound, so your watch knows when to buzz. It can’t hear or record audio.
- Your Clock app: the app checks whether Samsung Clock or Google Clock is installed, and sends it Snooze or Dismiss when you press those buttons on your watch. It doesn’t look at any other apps on your phone.
Alarm Syncr doesn’t ask for or use your location, contacts, calendar, photos, files, microphone, camera or account details.
2. How your phone and watch sync
Alarm Syncr has no internet access of its own. It keeps your phone and watch in sync through the Wear OS Data Layer, part of Google Play services. The phone sends the watch your alarms, settings and the Clock app’s next alarm. The watch sends back your Snooze and Dismiss presses and its “Ring on this watch” switches.
When your phone and watch are connected by Bluetooth, this data travels directly between them over an encrypted Bluetooth channel. When Bluetooth isn’t available, Google Play services may route it through Google’s servers with end-to-end encryption. Kheloton doesn’t operate or receive anything from this connection. Google’s handling of Google Play services is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. What we collect and share
Kheloton doesn’t collect, receive or store any personal or sensitive data from Alarm Syncr. The app contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking code. We don’t sell your data, share it with anyone, use it for advertising, or track you across apps or websites.
Google Play handles downloads and updates of the app. If you allow your device to share diagnostics, Google may give us anonymous crash reports and aggregated statistics, such as install counts, through Google Play Console. These reports don’t include your alarms and don’t identify you.
4. Permissions
Alarm Syncr asks Android for these permissions, and uses each one only for the reason given:
- Alarms & reminders: To ring at exactly the time you set.
- Notifications and full-screen alerts: To show a ringing alarm, including over the lock screen, with Snooze and Dismiss buttons.
- Appear on top (phone only, optional): To open the ringing screen while you’re using another app.
- Run at startup: To set your alarms again after your device restarts or the app updates.
- Vibration, keeping the device awake, and running in the foreground: To keep ringing and vibrating reliably until you respond.
- Set alarms (phone only): To send Snooze or Dismiss to your Clock app when you press it on your watch.
5. Storage and deletion
- Your alarms and settings are kept in the app’s private storage on your phone and watch until you delete them.
- To delete an alarm, delete it in the phone app. Your watch updates to match.
- To delete everything, uninstall Alarm Syncr from your phone and watch, or clear its storage in each device’s app settings.
- Alarm Syncr opts out of Android’s cloud backup, so your alarms aren’t copied into your Google account’s backup.
- Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing on our side to delete.
6. Security
Alarm Syncr keeps its data in its own private storage, which Android’s app sandbox protects from other apps. Data synced between your phone and watch is encrypted by Google Play services: with Bluetooth encryption over a direct connection, and end to end when routed through Google’s servers. Because your data never reaches us, there is no copy on our side that could be exposed.
7. Children
Alarm Syncr is a general-audience app and isn’t directed at children. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale. Kheloton doesn’t collect or hold personal information through Alarm Syncr and never sells or shares it, so there is nothing for us to hand over or erase. Your data stays under your control on your own devices. If you have a question or request, contact us.
9. This website
This website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, Hostinger keeps standard server logs of visits, such as IP address and pages requested. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, third-party scripts or third-party fonts.
10. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a future version of Alarm Syncr would collect or share data, we’ll update this policy and the app’s Data safety section on Google Play before that version is released.
